Delta Cement Plant Company, a member of Kolak Group and Sinoma (Suzhou) Construction Co., Ltd. has celebrated the signing ceremony of the new line 6,000 TPD, which will increase the total capacity of the plant from 1.8 mtpa to 3.6 mtpa by 2026. Delta Cement was established on November 22nd, 2007, and since then, he was a prominent cement manufacturer in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq. Sinoma is operating the 1st line and will operate the 2nd new line.
