On October 4th, 2026, the media office of the Al-Rusafa Electricity Distribution Branch announced the commencement of advanced steps to complete a vital project aimed at connecting the “Al-Rabie” and “Al-Zafraniya” substations to the feeders of the “Tareeq Al-Maimoun” investment company.
This project falls within the Ministry of Electricity’s plans to upgrade the national grid and primarily aims to:
- Enhance the stability of the electricity supply in the targeted areas and reduce outages.
