Delta Cement factory was established in 2012 in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq. Located at Bazian district, 30 Km on the west of Sulaymaniyah City, Kurdistan Iraq, Delta Cement factory runs on modern production line successfully producing 2,000,000 tons of cement per year, and currently has a total number of 450 employees.
Delta Cement factory is achieving their vision, which is to participate in evolving Iraq’s economy by developing its communities and their environments, and be recognized and respected as a leading cement company by all stakeholders. These they are achieving by adopting safe procedures as well as environmentally friendly practices, as they create value for their customers and their shareholders.

Delta Cement factory
Delta Cement factory produces Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC); made of clinker Portland cement that is following Iraqi standards No. 5, plus 3% of gypsum CaSO4.2H2O. It is used for reinforcement concrete, all structural types such as building, retaining wall, roads, and etc. It is widely used in all general and semi specialized construction works like plain and reinforced cement concrete works, brick and stone masonry, plastering and flooring.
Delta Cement factory also produces Portland Limestone Cement (Kharsana Cement). Made of clinker Portland cement + 3% gypsum + a percent of CaCO3. Kharsana is used for lean concrete and mortar.
