The company is a duly registered and organized entity under the laws of the Republic of Iraq, headquartered in Neighbourhood No. 4, Al Khadamat, Al Mahmoudia, Baghdad. It is developing a strategic project to establish and operate a high-tech steel mill in Baghdad, specializing in the production of carbon and low-alloy steel.
The facility will be equipped with advanced technologies and modern installations designed to ensure consistent product quality and alignment with market requirements. The project will position the company to participate competitively in both domestic and international markets for semi-finished products, including billets, as well as rebar manufactured from standard and high-quality steel grades.
The plant is designed to achieve an annual production capacity of 2,000,000 tons of carbon and low-alloy steel in continuously cast billets ranging from 130 × 130 mm to 180 × 180 mm. Approximately half of the billet output will be processed through an in-house rolling mill, while the remaining production will be marketed and sold directly.
The project is located in South Baghdad on a total land area of 479,000 square meters and will be supported by a 250 MW HFO-fueled power plant to ensure stable and reliable energy supply for operations.
