Delta Cement Factory is a leading cement manufacturer in Iraq, established under an investment authorization from the Kurdistan Regional Government in 2006 and commencing operations in 2014.
Located on the Sulaimani–Kirkuk Road in Bazian, Sulaymaniyah, the factory serves infrastructure projects, ready-mix concrete companies, block factories, and individual builders nationwide.
The factory operates two production lines with an annual output of 4.5 million tons and produces five main cement types, including Ordinary Portland Cement, Portland Limestone Cement, Sulphate Resisting Cement, and Super Blaine Cement.
Advanced technologies such as waste heat recovery systems and a 50 MW solar power plant support energy-efficient and sustainable production.
